Fire Escape Inspection
A fire escape inspection usually involves a thorough visual examination of the fire escape to ensure that it is in good working condition and meets all relevant safety codes and regulations. The inspection will be performed by our licensed professional who has experience with fire escape systems.
After the inspection is performed by our specialist, we will provide you with a free estimate if any repairs are required.
(Section 1001.3.2) The state of Massachusetts requires all exterior bridges, steel or wooden stairways, fire escape and egress balconies shall be examined and/or tested and certified for structural adequacy and safety every five years, by a registered design professional, or others qualified and acceptable to the building official; said professional or others shall then submit an affidavit to the building official.

-
Replacing any missing or broken bolts with new structural steel bolts.
-
Replacing or repairing any damaged concrete supports or footings.
