Fire Escape Company will note all repairs needed and provide a quote to building owner for the work needed to certify the egress.
Fire Escape Company will obtain all building permits needed with the corresponding city for the work required.
Fire Escape Company will complete the project.
Fire Escape Company will get an inspection from the Fully Licensed Fire Escape Specialist and a sign-off from the building department inspector.
Fire Escape Company will generate a certification, and get the document notarized for the egress.
Fire Escape Company will file the certification with the corresponding city or town.
Pay Fee with City or Town.
EGRESS CERTIFIED, and certification will remain valid for the consecutive 5 years.
